It is SPINALE PARALEGAL SERVICES' goal to provide the small law firm and solo practitioner the ability to utilize the same professional services that the Boston law firms are able to use, but at a more reasonable cost.

SPINALE PARALEGAL SERVICES has experience with administering simple to substantive estates, as well as various trust products ranging from simple revocable trusts to the more complicated special needs trust. Ms. Spinale is a current Trustee of several special needs trusts bringing  knowledge of various government benefits and Ms. Spinale's own personal experience as a parent of a special needs child.

Also in the area of probate, SPINALE PARALEGAL SERVICES has experience with conservatorships and guardianships. Aside from being able to manage these types of matters, Ms. Spinale has the necessary experience to work as a Court appointed fiduciary for the law office that wishes to service their client, while keeping costs to a minimum.
